Combined Shipping Policy for Pre-order items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship your entire order together once the pre-order item arrives. This helps us ensure a smoother delivery process. The estimated dispatch date for the entire order is in 3 weeks' time.
Domestic shipping(UK): 2-5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order has been made. Orders are processed within 2 business days following payment confirmation.
After processing, you will receive another email with the shipping date confirmation and tracking details. The provided shipping times are estimates; Just Gelly is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
