For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or requests for different sizes/styles. We kindly ask that you review your order thoroughly prior to purchase. Thank you for your understanding. 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please check your items. If you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately with the contact form.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

    • Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
    • The item must be in its original condition as when you received it.
    • Item must be unused, along with tool kit items.
    • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition.      

      Please be aware that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
